个人简历

    黎松林博士,2016年入选国家级青年人才项目。2003和2006年在重庆大学分别获本科和硕士学位,2009年获中科院物理研究所博士学位,2009-2016年分别在日本国家材料科学研究所和法国斯特拉斯堡大学从事科研工作。主持国家自然科学基金重点支持项目1项、面上项目2项、参与国家重点研发计划3项。以第一或通讯作者在Nat. Commun.,Nano Lett.,ACS Nano,Adv. Mater.等高水平期刊发表论文90余篇,SCI引用5000余次,H因子31。

    课题组()成立于2016年,隶属于南京大学电子科学与工程学院,致力于发展深度摩尔时代的微纳电子学以及探索凝聚态物质的新奇物理现象,主要围绕微纳电子器件、半导体器件物理、二维电子材料合成、量子输运等方面开展工作。是国际上较早开展二维TMD半导体输运理论研究的课题组之一【Nano Lett. 13, 3546 (2013),SCI引用255次】。毕业生多入职华为海思、长鑫存储等知名半导体企业。每年招收博士生2名,硕士生1名,常年招收博士后(24-60万元/年)。欢迎有物理、材料、或微电子背景,对科学研究有浓厚兴趣的同学报考

     近期发展了适用于非对称器件结构下库仑杂质散射的普适计算模型,对超薄沟道内各种主要散射机理做了系统研究【Nano Lett., 22, 6671 (2022)】;在国际上首次开发出了具有原子级加工精度和非侵入式等两大特点的半导体原子层刻蚀技术【Nat. Commun., 14, 4074 (2023);Nat. Commun. 13, 1844 (2022);Adv. Mater., 35, 2300618 (2023)】;成功开发了液相纳米沉降和电极锚固等异质集成关键技术,解决了二维材料跨台阶集成的工艺难题【ACS Nano. 13, 2654 (2019)】,为开发深度摩尔和超越摩尔电路提供了新思路。课题组详细科研成果请参见。
